I placed my order since 19th of Sept. Of iphone 18 pro max. I haven't heard any thing about delivery up to now. It's over 2 weeks already , and near to monthly payment time but I haven't got the order still.

@EDG143 EE can’t just push you to the front of the queue when there is a backlog of orders for other customers, EE don’t control how many devices they get from the manufacturer and obviously certain models are more popular so you’ll have a longer waiting period as the backlog will be bigger.

Normally 21 days delay on these devices, have you checked EE order tracking.
