    <description>&lt;P&gt;Done an apple diagnostics test and get the attached result see photo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0150.jpeg" style="width: 1320px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/43994iEDF1433858E10DEA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0150.jpeg" alt="IMG_0150.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone else getting same&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;and&lt;/STRONG&gt; sometimes signal issues with the new handset ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my partner has done the diagnostics and in a different part of the country and got the same error with EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you having any specific issues with your network service? If so, can you provide some details...&amp;nbsp;or is this just a question for curiosity?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've no idea what Apple's criteria are for generating a "you may have problems" type message, but if you're familiar with Field Test Mode (FTM), that will show you all the radio detail necessary to make an informed judgement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
