Does anyone have a timeline on when EE will revive the next batch of IPhone devices. I’ve been phoning and I get different answers every time.

As @Schockwave has mentioned here, stock levels and deliveries differ between colour and storage variants.

Have you got an existing order outstanding you were looking for help with?

Please don't share any reference numbers, but if you can let us know the handset details and order date we can give you an indication of timescales 😊

I ordered a burgundy iPhone Pro Max 512GB on 23/09/26. Worried it will go out for delivery while I am Holiday. If I am away when they dispatch, will I end up at the back of the queue again?

We're currently estimating more than 28 days for delivery on this handset model for new orders, and the same timescale was recommended at the time you placed your order.

When is it you're going to be away, and is there anyone potentially that you could provide your DPD PIN to?

They would typically attempt two deliveries, but if these both fail the handset will be returned to us and the upgrade reversed.

I’ll be away 12th-21st October. Family holiday, so no one will be around.

I've had a double check here, and once this has been dispatched to DPD, you should receive a text advising you of your delivery slot.

Once this has been confirmed, you can log in to the DPD app or website and request an alternative date should the time you have assigned not be convenient.
