I see Apple are rolling out ‘mobile handoff’ ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/127274 ).
With EE being the first to implement - so when would we likely see this

All we know is "available later this year".

This looks a very similar setup to the useful "Single Number" facility that Orange offered until 2020 or so.

SMS handling across the dual devices will be interesting, that was an understandable limitation of the previous service.
