I went into an EE store just after they opened on Friday morning, I ordered the iPhone 18 pro max in glacier and got told that they should have it in store by tomorrow (Saturday) or Monday. I understand there’s a backlog but when you get told a date and then after looking at comments on here it says i could be waiting over 21 days for it which I think is something we should’ve been told at the store. The ee tracking hardly ever works you need to put in the same details 20 times and only 1 time it will work otherwise it says ‘sorry that didn’t work’. At the moment it still says awaiting dispatch. Does anyone know how long it will actually take to arrive because I got told dates and then not hearing anything about delays. If I didn’t get told I would get it by Monday I wouldn’t have even cared about waiting.

I was in EE before looking at the phones and one of the workers said there’s a 21-25 day wait for the pro max’s but it could be longer so I was advised to get a pro instead (I didn’t get it)
