Not loving this new ultra watch 4 . Will not connect to receive calls even after calling EE last night and was told give it 4 hours and it will. This watch (BOUGHT DURECT FROM APPLE) has frozen completely once already, not up date activity rings and the date is stuck on Friday 18th . So far it is not more than an expensive clock and I even question the time . Will have to ring Ee yet again to sort this connection problem out . Honestly why is nothing ever smooth these days …….

Why the moan about EE? You bought ut from Apple if it's faulty it's their responsibility

Thank you for starting the obvious. It is however EE who have not sorted out the connection problems with receiving and making calls . You have a nice day now 😊

@Amanda1967 , have you tried rebooting the watch? You should find it under how to about the Apple watch guide, that might get it working again, otherwise I would also ring Apple and they can help you, if it keeps on freezing, as there could be an issue with it.

What OS are you on, have you checked?

Checked everything and ended up ringing EE again this morning . They gave me a new e sim for my watch and now it is working perfectly. Thank you for your reply 😊👍🏻😊
