Hello, I ordered a new iPhone on Tuesday and it’s still not arrived. I’m worried bc my phone is about to break.

Hey, I have been given no tracking number just an email saying thanks for ur order. I did this in store. Nobody has a trace on my phone

If you ordered Tuesday there's a good chance the device you ordered was already passed launch day delivery, what delivery guidelines did the store say?
