Every attept to to order to new phone requires a QR or other code to my phone that does not work. I am autistic and socially isolated. Are there there any actctual people to talk to, or is everything a robot?

What device do you own and are having issues with a QR code. Are you trying to change to an eSIM or buy a new device.
