Welcome to the Community, @DS4030

Just to expand on the great advice from @Bajan23 above, as well as calling our technical support team, you can also check for any faults in the area via our network status checker.

It's worth checking to see if other EE users in the area are experiencing the same issues in these locations, too.

If you notice that your signal is significantly worse than another EE user in the same place, it's worth swapping SIMs over so you can see if the issue follows the handset or the SIM card.

Evening...

I’d recommend calling customer services first to see if there are any masts in your area currently undergoing maintenance, and also to establish whether the issue is only happening at home or across your general area.

It’s also worth clarifying whether the problem is with the actual signal/coverage or with data speeds, as unfortunately neither issue is necessarily a guarantee that the contract can be cancelled or voided.

In the meantime, there may be some alternative solutions worth looking into, such as Wi-Fi Calling, which allows you to make and receive calls over your home Wi-Fi connection when mobile signal is poor.
