      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3540747"&gt;@Nalafein&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, not sure what you expect anyone in the forum to do, if you have not saved it in backup, but if you did not delete the message on damaged phone, it should still be there, are you not able to start your phone up and see if it gets to your other phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an IPad, where all messages are there as well as on my phone, or would be the same with an Apple Mac if you set these up to receive them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3540747"&gt;@Nalafein&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you use messages in the cloud it’ll be on the other device when you sign back in to your Apple account. &amp;nbsp;If you don’t use this and don’t have a backup from the 14 then the message is gone. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Message in the cloud is found by clicking settings/your name at the top/iCould and on the left click messages. This has to be enabled already for messages in the cloud and this will make all messages appear across all your Apple devices. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
