<title>topic Broken screen, unable to use my phone in Apple Devices</title>
    <link>https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Apple-Devices/Broken-screen-unable-to-use-my-phone/m-p/1630374#M159430</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently broken my iPhone screen, I cannot unlock my phone at all. The screen has gone black and covered in lines and squares. Luckily, I ordered my upgrade before the phone was rendered useless. Is there any way of backing up my phone without needing access to it before transferring to a new device as I have recent photos from a trip I don't want to loose. Is a screen replacement my only option? Or could I get help from someone at EE store who can do this for me? TIA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
