Hi all everytime i go to upgrade my phone via the app i can pick the phone the airtime package etc but when i go to click continue it says an error has occured it can not connect to the server i then go onto the website and i cant even click on the phone id like to upgrade to

@Shauny6 Try clearing the browser history and cookies.

Hopefully @Chris_B's advice has worked for you.

If you're still having issues, I'd recommened checking your upgrade date to double-check you're eligible for an upgrade.

if you're eligible, could you try using a different browser?
