topic Apple iPhone 16 Pro on EE -- Trade-in: Question in Apple Devices

Hi guys,

So basically. I've upgraded to the Apple 17 Pro Max which I'm happy with. However, I seem to have damaged the old device -- which is the Apple 16 Pro. I was told I would need to pay £350 for the damage.

This charge amount must be incorrect, because the phone isn't even under AppleCare Warranty anymore. And Apple have confirmed that there is no re-entry after the Warranty period has expired or if the phone is damaged.

Please confirm one thing for me -- EE are not going to make me pay to refurbish a phone they will later sell on for maximum profit? Is this what EE are like? Damn.

Sincerely,

P3CKY4LiF3
