&lt;P&gt;As &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; has mentioned, for us to best advise you here, it would be good to know a bit of background on why your device was replaced.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this was a replacement for a lost device, and the original SIM was lost too, we would expect the replacement SIM to have been sent pre-activated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still have the original SIM, and this is the one that you tried in the new handset, then this should still be working unless you specifically requested a suspension or replacement.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4980628"&gt;@Jess94x&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; was this a replacement device for a lost device? &amp;nbsp;If so and that’s a new sim card it can take up to 24 hours to a the sim. &amp;nbsp; Try restarting the device a few times. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
