Hi, I sent my Iphone 13 to be repaired with the mend andnlend aervice on the 22nd of December. I was given a time period of 5-10 days until I got it back. It has now been almost 3 weeks and my phone still hasnt even reachrd tbe repair shop. Why is this taking so long and who could I talk to to sort it.

I'm sorry to hear your phone hasn't been repaired yet. Did you arrange the repair in an EE retail store?

Hi James, yes I did arrange the repair through an EE store.

Will I be able to go into the store and get an update ?
