New IPhone 17 Pro Max

I ordered the new phone but I didn't realise the wait times for delivery I assumed it would be ready within a few days. Could I go into a EE store and pick one up there with the same contract or would I have to cancel the contract and start a new one in store.

I can imagine you are eager to get your new iPhone.

If you wanted to go in store to get the phone you would need to cancel your online order. You can do this by Contacting our guides, it is worth checking the store has that specific phone in stock.

It was a Iphone 17 pro max silver 256g and ordered on 31/3/26

I have just checked and any orders for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb in Silver made on 31/03/26 are expected to be despatched within 21 days.

@mailliadhmage Just to add the store will probably not have a stock of these. It’s 21 days online so with it being that time frame unless you’re lucky with the store as they do have one you’ll not get it any quicker.
