&lt;P&gt;If you've upgraded online or over the phone with us, you can &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;give us a call&lt;/A&gt; to cancel the order for the iPhone 17 Pro if it hasn't been dispatched yet, then upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it has been dispatched, the phone would need to be returned and then you can upgrade again when it is back with us and the order cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it was taken in an EE store, you'd not be able to change the phone, as there is no change of mind return policy in an EE store.&lt;/P&gt;
