Welcome to the Community!

If you go into the Watch App, and select Mobile Service, does it give you the chance to add your data plan?

Once you select this it should take you to the EE app to link this with the subscription on your account, but if you see any further error messages please let us know and we can direct you from there 😊

Alternatively you can also find details on how to reach out to our mobile tech team here:

I recently purchased an Apple watch and data plan for the watch at my local store.

My watch doesnt work unless its next to my phone, so I was hoping to be able to leave my phone and just use the watch whilst running etc but its not working.

How do I make the watch recognise there is a plan and doesn't need to be by the phone?
