      <description>&lt;P&gt;My daughter has dropped her phone (2nd phone on my account) screen is cracked and glitching badly. Please can I order a new replacement handset, like for like without upgrading asap?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4925628"&gt;@Wilkis01&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;each device has its own separate insurance, so if it’s just your device insured then it doesn’t cover the 2nd device, if you’re paying insurance for that second device then you need to contact customer support or go to a EE store and request a repair via that insurance. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
