      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to be with EE until earlier this year. During my time I purchased a pair of Apple AirPod Max alongside my contract. They seem to need a service due to a Bluetooth stack problem which stops them from pairing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I called Customer Service in order to get a proof of purchase as I don’t have anything to show my ownership. The billing team saw that I purchased them but was completely unable to to send me a proof of purchase even though they said they could see the payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone able to help? I am quite unhappy as I paid a lot of money for those.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
