Hi I accidentally deleted my call history and I need to recover but I don’t know how to

Unless you have backed up then the list is gone.

On Android at least, I've never seen a menu option for deleting all call history entries - only for individual or (selected) multiple entries.

And I'm fairly sure those go into the recycle bin, not that I've ever tested the theory.
