Order a IPhone 17 pro max Silver 256GB on the 3rd of October. Haven’t had any update since other than the confirmation email when I ordered.

rang up last week and the guy on the phone told me I’d have the phone no longer than the 4th of November. Haven’t had any emails or texts from DPD informing me of my “Delivery” coming tomorrow.

Im bored of waiting and certainly won’t be ordering from EE again for a new phone 😂

Same situation, I ordered on the 1st and the advisor asked which colour I would like so I answer whatever comes first, he said if I order blue it will come this Monday 3rd of October, but had absolutely no updates and been told could be up to 2 weeks for delivery

Just been on the phone to EE for an update. The guy on the phone told me they don’t have anything yet for the first 2 weeks of this month. So don’t get your hopes up.

So I was lied to on the phone by the customer service. Brilliant.

I just spoke to someone and they told me I should have my phone in next 48h. I ordered 16 October. This is a lie, I don't believe it but I would just really like to know why they do this. Was there no guidance from EE what to say about pre orders?

I wouldn't believe them either, it seems like they're just saying anything to customers at this point for them to reduce customer service volume, I was told when I ordered a few days ago my order would be delivered today and that was clearly a lie
