Hi all,

recently got a new device on an upgrade and want to change my number due to it being connected to an old job.

what would this come under when you phone 150? Is it technical support? as the options given don’t match my query therefore I don’t seem to be getting anywhere, just back to main menu with the Same options

@DaneG1993 , just ring customer support and press option 2 should get you through to one of the guides, who can help sort you out.
