Hello all

can anyone help me please

i I have pre ordered the new iPhone but it says that I won’t get it for more than 28 days. I have to trade in my old phone to get this. I have been sent a trade in pack.But can I trade in when I get the new phone or do I need to do this now before the 14 days that the pack give you.
