I ordered this product weeks ago and still have not received a delivery date, I just keep getting messages saying your order is on track? Is anyone having the same problem.

Looking at the order history for Watch Ultra3 49mm NatTi NatTi MilLoop L, stock guidance while placing the order on the 17th September was - "Available to order - Expect despatch in more than 28 days"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.

I ordered the same on the 16th September. Spoke to EE last week and they thought it might be delivered by 14th October but I’m not completely convinced. Annoying really as various other places have stock but I know this is likely more due to Apple than EE

Did you get you get your delivery. Trying to work out how many weeks I am really going to have to wait. It might be quicker and cheaper to order from Apple and buy a pairing sim for my phone. Just not getting any sensible feedback. TIA

I finally received mine today. EE's site is now saying 21 days for new orders - first time it's been anything other than 'over 28 days'.
