I ordered the new iPhone 17 Pro on the 22nd September with a trade in to be done for the order, had a text message to say I have until the 15th October to send my old phone back etc but I will be on holiday between 10th-20th October and was wondering if my new phone would arrive before the 10th so then I can get the old device back to EE or if there is a way to get an extension on the time of when I need to get the phone back to EE for when I return from my holiday

What I can confirm is that we won't expect you to return your old device until the new one has been delivered. Fingers crossed the phone arrives before the 10th, but if not, I recommend speaking to our Customer Support team to let them know that you're going away for a few days, so they can note it on your account.
