    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I ordered a iPhone 17 last week they took the upfront cost and it froze on contract summary afterwards I never got a email but then a couple days ago got a text message from them saying they cancelled my order but now the upfront cost has gone and it's not pending on my bank account anymore why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We don't have account access here on the forum, but if an order is cancelled after money has been taken, a refund would be processed.
