Add Apple Watch to specific number

I am looking to add an Apple Watch to my account to match my number.

when going through the watch app and setting it up I get signed in, can select the tarrif, but I then get to accept terms and conditions. My concern is that I want to add the watch to a specific number in the account as we have 3 handsets registered.

if I do the accept terms does the system then ask what number to attach it to?

It will pair to the phone you're setting it up on. With that in mind, make sure you set it up via the app on the phone you want to set it up against
