Hello,

Just after a little bit of advice really.

So, like many others right now, im awaiting a new iPhone and Apple Watch. 17PM and Ultra 3 to be precise.

Thing is, ive been an android user for the last 10 or so years. The last iPhone I had was the 5S! So ive made quite the leap.

I will be coming from a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy watch6. I do have a watch plan with EE alongside the phone plan.

So my question is - how do I handle the transfer over to my new iPhone when I get it? Not overly fussed about transfer of data/apps etc as I will save pictures and things to my computer, im more worried about making sure I transfer the watch plan over correctly. When I upgraded to what I have now, I must have messed something us as this watch has never worked properly despite having its own plan.

Thank you

@gemmajenkins90 , Apple will ask whether you want to transfer from Android or IOS to your new IPhone, you can then decide to have both phones close by and transfer most if not all from Android to IOS, but I would still make sure that you have everything backed up as @Northerner has suggested, it should though be straightforward, although I have never done it from Android to IPhone, I have done it from IPhone to IPhone with no problems at all.
