Hey, we pre ordered on the 12th September & Thought we would of received our devices by the 19th… we didn’t our order hasn’t updated and we’re stuck on “ your order is on track” we don’t pre order to not then receive our devices!! And you charged us for the delivery too that didn’t happen! What’s going on with our orders why has everyone had to wait nearly 2 weeks ( those who ordered on pre order date)

Welcome to the community,

Blame Apple for not sending enough devices, this happens every year, you will have to just wait until they are sent out, all networks are having the same problem.I have read.

You need to have the DPD app and keep an eye on that as you will get notification up to the evening before delivery with a PIN number which you will need to show the driver and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, we have no access here in this public forum to know about deliveries and what is going on.

Apple clearly provides a delivery date today of October 15th - 24th for new orders.

Depending on who picks up the phone EE will tell you:

You should receive the DPD tracking anytime soon
Your order is stuck in the warehouse
You'll receive it within 14 days
You'll receive it within 21 days
You'll receive it within 28 days
You'll receive it after 28 days

The answer for the same order can be different each time.

It's clearly been poorly managed by EE.
