@Aparna3690 A pre order is not a guarantee of delivery on launch day. If you’ve not had a tracking notification text and if DPD haven’t sent you a text about a pending delivery then I’ll guess you’ll not get it tomorrow.

Welcome to the community,

It will depend how many EE have received of devices as to how many have done a pre-order, as to whether you will get it on the day of launch.

Ee are not the only ones receiving the new devices, but many other networks, so blame Apple for not sending enough devices to be delivered on the day, this happens every year, so you will just have to be patient and wait your turn to receive the device, we have no idea how many have been delivered and how many have ordered the same device, patients is a virtue!
