My wife and I both have iphones hers went off with the alert at 3pm mine did not. The alerts were switched on and the phone is updated to the latest ios

@klongson this happened on the first time this government alert system happened for some people, not just on EE but all networks, Nothing can be done about it from EE end if your device didn’t sound off.
