I want to book a new Iphone 17 pro max.As i am in the UK by Student Visa, do you offer installments plans for students? When will bookings starts for the iPhone 17 Pro Max?

You'll need to pass a credit check and this is best done in store if you need to produce ID.

Orders will be some time after the 9th September I suspect.

Any phone contract will require a UK Bank Account, Photographic Identification (a Full 'Book' Passport or a UK Driving License), a UK address and the passing of a credit check - this Credit Check may be challenging for an international student living in the UK for a short period due to a lack of credit or address history within the UK.

EE offer 24 & 36-Month contracts on their phone plans.

No such Apple device has been announced yet however, and as such no details are available at this point.

The next Apple Event is on the 9th of September - I would imagine that any relevant information on new devices being launched will be released at, and in the wake of, this event.
