Scam calls

II keep getting several scam calls from the same location several times a day. It’s always a different number. I block the number but then a couple of hours later another one comes in. What can EE do about this?

I know how frustrating it can be to receive unwanted calls.

With incoming calls, we're not able to stop them from coming through to you, but there is some handy information on how to handle spam calls on our How to block unwanted calls and texts and How to avoid scams pages.

There is also a chance the number could be not coming from the number that is shown. There is more on this on our Call Spoofing article.
