Hi I placed an order for this handset, I got the usual confirmation email, yet have not heard anything since, no updates or nothing else.

Is there a reason this handset has not been sent out yet? If the order was cancelled would i be notified of this as I've heard nothing, zero updates since the order,

I've had a double check over stock for this model, and it does look like the version you've gone for is out of stock at the moment.

When was it you placed your order, and was this an upgrade or a brand new contract?
