Ordered an IPhone 16 Pro Max yesterday and the delivery driver knocked on my door today and asked for the pin I was supposed to be send and the pin never got sent to my number or email address like it said it would and so my delivery got denied and couldn’t receive the phone, called up EE and they said they can’t do anything.!

When you called us, did they check to make sure the contact numbers were correct?
