iMessage and FaceTime

i have just received a message saying iMessage and WhatsApp not available in 5 days.

i have tried the ideas mentioned in the forum but to no avail.
I have retained my old number when I moved to EE.

Any ideas please?

Iphone 12 and I joined EE a month ago

The message appears in Settings Registered Phone
