Have you run through their solutions tool and selected the repair option it should come with Schedule a repair. That will allow you to search for local authorized Apple Authorised Service providers to see if your local EE store is one that is covered for Apple Care repairs.

I have recently dropped my phone whilst on holiday and have booked in with my local branch to their 2 hour repair service. Just wondering if they will accept my apple care+ that i pay for? I dont fancy paying the £300+ to have my screen repaired
