EE Hotspot WiFi keeps dropping out

Apple Mac Mini M1
macOS 15.5 Sequoia

While I sort out issues with the Wireless provided by the place where I live, I am using the EE Hotspot Wifi @ £39 per month. Trouble is that it keeps dropping out, to the extent that I have to go into System Settings, select the EE entry and choose `Forget this service`, and then reconnect and login afresh. While I've got keyboard macros for my email addy and pw, it's still a bit of a nuisance. Is anyone else having similar problems and do you have a solution?

As chance would have it, as soon as I wrote those words, it seems to have settled down! Before I couldn't run for more than a minute without having to reconnect, now it's been up for 15 minutes. Still interested to get anyone's thoughts on the subject 🙏

Same here this week and last .. constant dropping Internet connection for a some seconds or minutes every freaking hour of the day .. then web refreshes back online.. (smart hub 4g mobile home broadband) unacceptable ....

Hi @Royalwithcheese I can imagine it's frustrating when your mobile internet keeps dropping out.

I'd recommend popping your postcode into our Coverage checker to see if there are any issues affecting your area at the moment.
