My number is going through green for other people.

I just switched my number from another provider to EE. Everything has gone through just fine, but when anyone tries to text me it’s going through green. The number is correct, so I don’t understand how to fix the issue. Google is providing me no answers.

@parkrjj4 Are you taking about text messages and iMessage?

Have you checked your number in settings>apps>phone to make sure it’s showing correctly?

have you turned off iMessage as FaceTime and restarted the device since your number migrated to EE ? This is very important as iMessage will latch on to the temporary number that was on the EE sim before your number migrated?
