Hi @emloch,

Welcome to the EE Community

Is it an All Rounder or Full Works plan that you have with us? Both of those plans do come with an unlimited watch data plan to use, but it does need to be activated.

If you currently have no data plan for your watch you would need to go through the setup process on the watch/watch app. Steps will differ for the watch model you have but it would usually be within Settings> Mobile data/plan> Setup mobile data or something similar.

If you have no watch plan currently it should take you to login to your EE online account to purchase your watch plan, if you are on one of those two plans with free data it should mention in the plan summary that it will be free. Once you purchase that plan and complete setup you should be able to connect via mobile data on the watch, independent from the phone.

You can find more detailed information on the help page here, hopefully this helps Add Mobile Data to Your Smartwatch | Watch Data Help | EE

Alex

Hi, it’s an essentials plus sim unlimited.I was told by the person who sold me the contract that I would get watch data.. I’ve tried the set up but I get this message.
