is anyone having these problems with the iPhone 16 pro max ?

can’t make calls sometimes , calls drop out, txt don’t send , people can’t always call me ?

@Wendyt651 Are you using a sim or the eSIM ? Have you tried a network reset on the device?

Does your phone show coverage indicators when you have problems making or receiving calls?

Are these problems only happening in one specific location, or are they more generalised? The former would suggest a network issue, the latter more likely to be a device problem.
