      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, chose Apple Music as my inclusive add on, previously had an Apple Music student plan which I cancelled as I ordered my new ee plan, however when I click the link (&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://applemusic.com/ee/welcome" target="_blank"&gt;http://applemusic.com/ee/welcome&lt;/A&gt;) I get the message “No subscription through EE”. How can I sort this before I lose my access to my music on Feb 7th??&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you check to see if the number is showing correctly in the phone settings?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that is correct, can you restart the phone and then try the link again using mobile data, rather than WiFi?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know how that goes.&lt;/P&gt;
