Hi there,

is anyone experiencing problems with their iPhone? Since the new update IOS 18.

The mark-up for photos doesn’t work efficiently, also viewing videos people have sent through WhatsApp isn’t working. It’s saying there is a problem with their WiFi. To turn it off and on.

Unsure if anyone else is experiencing the same problems.

Welcome to the community.

It may be worth resetting your network settings, then restarting your phone. You may need to re-setup your WiFi connections after doing so.

Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Follow the on-screen prompts.
