    <description>&lt;P&gt;The 14 days/warranty wouldn't cover damage after dropping I believe a sit was not a manufacturer fault. Maybe claim on insurance if you have any otherwise you may have to pay&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>iphone 16 not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I dropped my iphone 16 yesterday and all of a sudden it isn't charging, isn't responding to hard resets, etc, I took it into my local EE store and they were unable to do anything to help, the phone is under 14 days old, and still within warranty so how do I proceed with having it repaired or replaced?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
