Hey

I upgraded my phone to iPhone 16 plus waiting for it to be delivered, I’m on a upgrade anytime contract I paid £100 for an early upgrade fee I’m wondering if I needed to pay any extras to keep my iPhone 15 plus, could anyone let me know please TIA

Your best bet is to ring customer service to find out, but I believe that if you want to keep your present phone, as well as the new one, yes you would have to pay something towards it, I suspect.

@Katie1997x , sorry, I have no idea, as I am a customer like you, and have never done an upgrade like you have, I just upgraded when new phone and watch came out after four years of IPhone 12 and Watch 6.

@Katie1997x You most I definitely will need to pay something to keep that device as you’ve not paid it off yet. Your upgrade anytime will be a trade in. The base model 15 plus was £899 so if you’ve had it one year it’ll be half that cost to pay to keep it (roughly)
