When exactly was "recently" that you ported in?

Does this inability to call you, only affect 3 users or indeed off-net callers? Can other EE users call you?

I recently moved across from Three and have had confirmation through the chat function that my number has been moved across with no issues. I can receive texts, however, I can't receive calls - it says I'm unavailable from the caller's end. My DND settings are set to allow calls, also my temporary number I was given by EE is still in my "about phone" section within Settings. Looking for a bit of support with this

I'm on a Google Pixel 9 Pro.

Is it the ‘Three’ message they’re hearing? As in your unavailable as the sim is off.

Could be you’ve had a split port. Might be worth following up with EE for them to check all the files have moved.
