New Apple Watch and I have a few questions about setting up a data plan

I already have two lines with EE. When I attempted to setup the mobile data plan on the Apple Watch plan it advised it costs £7 per month.

Does anyone know if this is £7 per month monthly 30 day rolling contract or 12/24 contract?
Will I be able to select which line I want this to be associated with?
Will it change the billing/addons/student/any other settings discount on both of my lines or will it simply add a new line that is specifically for the watch and include that in my monthly bill?
Will it be two separate bills or one monthly bill combined with my normal monthly bill?

It’s a 30 day rolling contract.

It’s linked to the phone you pair it with when you setup the watch.

It’ll not change any other add ons you currently have.

You’ll be billed for the watch at the same time as the phone contract and payment will be taken at the same time. All under one bill.

I have my Apple Watch setup with one of my iPhones and after changing to an Essentials Plan I got this message:
"Hi from EE. We've removed your watch discount because you've either cancelled the product or moved to an ineligible plan. Log in to the EE app or ee.co.uk/myplan for details. Thanks."
I wasn't aware I was getting a discount and there was no mention of losing anything like that when I upgraded, so far as I know I have been paying the full £7 since I took out the Watch Plan, do you know what the message is talking about?

Yes I did, the link doesn't explain a thing, it just shows what plans I'm on, like I said the Watch Plan is the standard £7 with no mention of any discounts.

It is a little strange that you got the text if you weren't aware of any discounts that were on there previously @ColinXSD.

If you look at the bill prior to the plan change, is there anything showing against the watch plan, or was it just £7?

Just checked every bill since I activated the Watch and it has always been £7 except the first one which included the part payment for the previous month.

It sounds like the text has been sent in error if there were no discounts showing previously, as if there was anything in place, it would be showing on the bill.
