What is happening with your phone and watch?

Do you have signal showing on them both?

Are there any error messages displayed?

It keep going loosing signal it works then stops

Is this just happening in one location or has it been different areas?

I know you mentioned the other phones were fine, but can you check any areas where you have been seeing the signal drop on our network checker to see if there are any problems?
