I have just put my sim I’ve always had from my iPhone 13 into my iPhone 16 and I cannot make calls? I have WiFi calling on. It just says failed. But on my WiFi I can text and use WhatsApp’s. Can anyone help?

Are you in the same position as the OP or are you seeing something else happen with your phone and SIM?
